i will NEVER go back or recommend! asked for a heart w cat eye. looks like blank sports and then a frogs ssa. i asked for dip she did “tap gel” (looked like poly gel off amazon.) my natural nails are ruined. the gel she put on is peeling. the cat eye peeled off first the the gel has started to grumble. $370 without tip for my mom, sister and myself to get pedicures we didn’t enjoy and the polish coming off before we left and they refused to fix it. and just blatantly ignoring our requests. katie services myself and my mom. whoever my sister had her nails look much much better and evenly put on and shaped. hers don’t look good because the heart again looks like a frogs ssa. it’s been 5 DAYS !!! this is ridiculous.

I got this set of nails done on 2/6 - this is what they look like as of 2/12. So utterly dissatisfied with these I don’t see myself going back to this salon. Yes, that is fuzz cured into my one nail. I have 2 nails where my cuticles were filed down to healthy skin. The amount of money I was charged for these is absolutely ridiculous.

I went there a total of 3 times now the last two were ok but on 2/13/26 I went and the lady who was doing my nails had no idea how to do the design I wanted and she laid my acrylic thin even though I asked for thick. My nail already chipped and she filed my skin on several fingers. I was there for 2 hours. I use to like this place but they have lost their spark. Not worth $60

If I can give 0 stars I would definitely give -0 this was the worst experience of my life, Van did my nail dip powder and they chip a day later, I went back to get them fixed. A lady that sits in the from I forgot her name I think she’s the owner but she wanted to charge me to fix them and I of course disagreed then she went on and on saying it’s my fault that I was not careful??? And it’s because I have to do 5+ layers of dip which she did and I did not want and said that if I wanted them thin I have to go somewhere else, and they look like I have balloons on my fingers and uneven. Also while I was sitting there another lady walked in with the same issue. This is a low class cheap place, my elbows hurt they don’t even have arm rest. In the past I did not have good experiences here, but I thought I’d give it a try again. I’m sorry that I did. Tina was not friendly AT ALL and she got an attitude when I asked her to not file the side because she was making my nails to narrow. She also sucked her teeth when I asked for an extra coat of gel polish. She was trying to only keep my nails under the light for less than 15 seconds. I know that it takes at least 30 seconds of being under the light for them to properly cure. She would not let my hand stay under the light even after I asked for them to stay longer. Nails are paper thin. If I’m paying $95 dollars… I want them and should be able to have my nails the way I want them. This was ridiculous and I will not be back.
