I'm disappointed. I drive to this beauty supply PAST the one I live by because they have choices BUT with the treatment I have been receiving I rather spend money an hour AWAY! I am respectful so don't treat me like you don't respect me or my money. There is a male there that i don't usually see and he is rude!!

I’ve been going to this beauty supply store since they opened and just recently I’ve been having bad experiences as far as the workers thinking that I was stealing older guy followers me around he’s the same one that refused to give me my bag. He put it behind the counter after I paid he still didn’t want to give it to me I had to asks for my bag and I always spend over $100. I drive for more then 45 minutes to get there and the service I’ve been receiving is unacceptable

They're hit or miss. My stars are because they have a GREAT selection of beauty supply products and braiding/weaving hair, but are out of touch with what people want when it comes to AfAm wigs. Suggest becoming more aware of what's in style/demand and stocking more of it. Most of us don't like the extra silky looking hair. Carry more natural/blown out/Yaki styles, less silky, and I can increase my stars.

Hair selection is cool but they are EXTREMELY HIGHLY COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY OVERPRICED. And they talk crap about you right in front of you! He didn’t think I saw him pointing at me and talking to the man behind the counter (he had his back towards me) the cashier man saw and was so embarrassed as I gave him nothing but uninterrupted eye contact. How rude! Unprofessional! Will never get my money again. I will be buying everything off amazon straight from the manufacturer and you should too!
