terrible manicure...the lady who did it has no skills to do a good manicure. I blame the management for hiring people who don't know how to properly apply gel polish near the cuticle...and also have the audacity to ask me to give her extra money for the work...I won't come here again

This is probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. And I don’t blame the worker who did my pedicure, she was actually very sweet. But she was clearly inexperienced and should’ve never been allowed to work on my toes in the first place. I blame management for setting her up to fail since I believe they were fully aware she wasn’t experienced enough. My toenails are painted sloppily, the cuticles are flooded some were even bleeding. I had the big toenails done with acrylic overlay, and they were filed haphazardly and misshapen. There is no point in me even going back to ask them to fix it or the money back, I wouldn’t even bother. I went as a favor because my mother loves Angel and I believe that she does do good work. But personally based on my experience I cannot recommend anyone to come h

I came in for haircut, I had requested for short hair with layers and had also requested for hair wash too. My hairs look like it has been chewed by rat and hair were not even brushed away after haircut and was denied hairwash My hair looks so weird that I have to wear hat and have to go to other salon for get a normal shape as my hair are now damaged If I had zero star option, I would have done that

Absolutely the WORST nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I’ve come here for many important events in my life and felt I could trust them with my bridal nails. The staff member who did my gel was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I told her this was not the nail polish color I was hoping for and instead of removing and correcting it, she completely dismissed me and kept painting over the old colors. When I asked for more options, I was told there were only two off-white shades — which is either dishonest or just lazy. She rushed through everything, barely paid attention and lacks basic empathy. Unfortunately I’m not confrontational and with a high risk pregnancy, I did not want to undergo the stress of debating back and forth. This place clearly lacks experience with gel and it shows in
