Helen did my highlights and haircut and I’m honestly in love with my hair! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made sure everything looked soft, fresh, and flattering. Annette’s is a true neighborhood gem. Helen, the owner, is warm, welcoming, and she gives consistently great haircuts every time. She really listens to what you want. Helen also offers great suggestions if you’re ready for a change, and her advice is always spot-on. You never feel rushed, and she genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend!

I will be honest–at first, I thought the place was sketchy because there weren't many photos. But after going there, I am completely satisfied. For years I've been considering going short and Helen did a wonderful job washing, cutting, and styling my boycut. She was easy to talk to, friendly, and had a smile on her face. She really took care of me. When I called about an appointment the same day– about an hour and a half before closing, she was ready to take me. I got there and almost immediately got seated. Even when another customer came 15-20 mins before closing, she asked him to wait an hour and come back. She did not rush my haircut at all and worked overtime. This was truly a great experience given how wary I was about getting my hair cut short!

Anette gives me the best haircuts I’ve ever had in my life! She’s incredibly skilled and I always leave feeling like a reinvented man! She’s an amazingly warm and wonderful woman, incredibly personable, friendly and professional- and I am delighted by how I look after each cut and how quickly she gets the job done. Could not recommend Anette enough!! She’s definitely who you want to see in San Jose when you need to look your best and want to have an awesome experience!
