I've been here two other times and the same guy that did my hair was cool so I will leave a star for him. I went in to get my haircut after calling them and I asked the owner of the Man who was the owner of the shop how long it would take to be seen and he said “i got at my own pace, I don't do time!" when all I needed was an estimated time because I have a newborn child and wife waiting on me. He came off pretty pissed off like if he was having a bad day I don't know but I don't have time for bad vibes like that. To the shop, you guys had my business but I don't appreciate the way I was spoken to in front of quite a few people. That's not how you treat a customer who's trying to spend their money with your business.

We’ve taken our son here for his first and second haircut. They are so kind and patient with him and do an amazing job with his 3C curls. Highly recommend!

Really upset with how long we have been customers and yet when I hire them to dye my hair after months of them pleading that I trust them with dyeing my hair they mess it up and do nothing to adjust for their mistake. I clearly ask for dark brown NOT black; and to match my natural color; they charge me $85 when they advertise $50 for one color; and then they mess up the color and say well had you paid more we would have gotten the color correct….. blows my mind; blows my mind very disappointed in this service; DO NOT TRUST for Hair Dye Needs! Beware!

My family has been coming here for years, Andy and Snow do a great job

I have been going to Sno and Andy for years. I get my hair cut and styled by Sno. My son gets his hair cut by Andy. Both do and excellent job. They get to know customers personally and are warm and welcoming. I highly recommend sno and Andy
