I love Andys. I have been going here since I moved to Midtown in 2019 and they always do a wonderful job. ❤️

This was once a quaint family run nail salon where quality manicures and pedicures were provided but now the quality of service has completely declined and according to the reaction from what either still is or used to be the owner (when someone asked for the owner he stated that person was not present) care has left the building all together. My last service was all but relaxing. If a client asks not to receive a manicure while in the pedicure bowl grant the request. There is nothing relaxing about stretching hands to accommodate two services at once when relaxation is the goal. Wrong color was selected and service requested was not able to be rendered. I absolutely love Andy's Nails on Union Avenue! I have been going to them since 2019. When I have to go elsewhere because I tried to make a last-minute appointment and their popularity didn't allow me to get in, it shows. My nails do not have that same look or feel on my hands or feet when I go to other salons for service. Their polish products are superior; my nail polish lasts long and never chips. When I get a full set, the nails do not easily come off or get loose, as has been the case when I've tried a couple of other places. The salon is always clean, quiet, and they are very courteous. For a manicure and pedicure I paid $120. I get shellac and my toes and my natural nails. My pedicure was great but the have new men working and one of them do not know what he is doing and told them I didn't want him to do my nails and the acted like they didn't understand and still sat me down with him and he completely ruined my manicure, I got French tip shellac on my real nails on a Friday for a Christmas party the next day which was Saturday the next day on Sunday my polish was lifting up and chipping off! I'm so disappointed I wasted my money on nails that only lasted one day literally!! I will never go back and I'm about to invest in a UV light dryer and gel polish to do my nail at home because it's very sad that we pay our hard earned money with these people helping them pay their

I've been here before time or two me and my daughter. Went in today me and my husband and my husband got a manicure and I got a feeling I wanted to get the cat eye ombre but the guy act like he didn't know what I was talking about and so I just got something simple which was supposed to been the nude acrylic but he want to charge $45 for that plus $30 for the feeling and I'm like the new the critic is the feeling oh my God he then file it correctly it's all thick and clumpy I would never go back there because he snatching my hand didn't want to do his job and was rushing. I've never seen this man in there before I'm used to The young lady in her husband and the older lady I don't know where this new guy come from but wherever he came from he need to go back because he did a horrible job
