I absolutely hate getting hair cuts. But I was over due for one. Because I was looking like Penny Wise too much. I met Jordan out and about in Salem and she showed strong confidence in her talents to give me a good hair cut. And she went above and beyond. I have been getting a million compliments and confidence has been through the roof. For a 40 dollar hair cut I say nothing beats this place and the talented hair dressers they have working here. These photos were take within 40 minutes of each other.

Liz has done my gel manicure twice and a regular pedicure once. Both times she was meticulous and quite fast- in most places those two skills don't go hand in hand but she's fabulous!

I recently had the most relaxing and rejuvenating facial Esther and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. My esthetician Esther was incredibly knowledgeable — she took the time to assess my skin type and tailored the treatment specifically to my needs. The products smelled amazing, and every step felt luxurious — from the deep cleanse to the soothing mask and facial massage. Not only did my skin feel refreshed and glowing afterward, but I also noticed a real improvement in texture and hydration over the next few days. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the care I received throughout. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and the entire experience felt thoughtful and intentional. I left feeling pampered, relaxed

Andrew Michaels Salon and Spa has so much to offer. I see Liz for nail care and Shannon for my massages and they are both fantastic. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. If you’re looking for a new spot, I highly recommend them.

I love it here. I have tried a few other spas and services in the greater Salem area and I much prefer my experiences at Andrew Michaels. I started off by getting a wax and spray tan for vacation — Hillary is super sweet and amazing with her work. I then got a number of prenatal massages by Shannon who is honestly the first therapist that has provided the perfect amount of pressure. I also like that they don’t use a prenatal cushion — just a super comfy large pillow to side lie. I’m going to go there next for a haircut and I can’t wait!
