I wanted to treat myself to something relaxing, but different than a regular massage or pedicure. I saw an ad on social media so I booked an appointment for the following day. The 60 min head treatment with chopstick add on was well worth the money. My favorite part about getting my hair done is the wash and head massage, and this gave me an entire hour of that experience! My scalp feels so fresh and clean. My only complaint is that I have very fine, thin hair, and the treatment made my hair feel very heavy and weighed down, so I'll probably wash my hair again tomorrow. Maybe there can be a different conditioning treatment that's specific for fine hair or next time I'll check to see if I can bring my own hair conditioner. my experience was disappointing especially for the price point. I received the fall reset ritual treatment ($130) and it was a glorified shampoo. the technician spent about 30 minutes shampooing my hair which is not something I knew came with the service. on the website, the service lists a scalp “exfoliation” followed by “clarification”. it was just two shampoos, or at least thats what it felt like. what really tempted me to book the treatment was the advertised “deep moisturizing mask”, which I thought was for your hair but it wasn’t. my hair felt incredibly dry and brittle upon leaving, again probably because it had been shampooed for 30 minutes with no form of conditioner or moisturizer as follow up. I was gifted this head spa experience as a birthday treat and thoroughly enjoyed every minute!! The experience included lying in a full-body massage bed, a quick face and neck massage, and a longer head massage. My masseuse (Ebony) made an effort to prepare a remarkably soothing environment ahead of the session with relaxing essential oil, hydrating mist, and music. Thanks for your wonderful service.

Amiya was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable, and she was sweet and professional. I felt so relaxed and my hair was so soft. I will definitely be back. The facial was lovely and the space was clean and calming. If I could give this experience a 10/10 I would!!! 10 stars for sure!!! They also reimburse for the parking which is super sweet.

Bought the 60min session for my husband for his birthday (he has zero hair) and he LOVED it! The therapist was so sweet- she even went out and got a balloon that was tied to his table when we arrived. He was smiling so big and was so relaxed for hours. 10/10 reccomend as a gift & I can't wait to try it myself.
