Ana's Hair Salon

I’m so upset. I went in there to ask about a hairstyle I wanted, there was an older lady working around 60yrs old and she was rude to me… she basically said “we don’t bleach hair” yet outside their sign said “highlights” which is what I was asking for. So then I switched and said okay you guys hair color too so can you just dye my hair my natural hair color which was already brown so she’d just retouch it… & she again said “no you’d have to bleach for that & we don’t bleach hair” so I just said okay thank you and told her “horrible service” and she said a bunch of mean things as I walked out the door.

They over charged me for a haircut. I was told women haircuts are $20 and up, I was thinking my hair would be $25 the most because I have a thin and soft hair and all I needed is some layers and trimming. Ana was the hair stylist she charged me $35. I won’t be back there.

Ana & Sonia are the best .I like the fact that I can get a haircut in 10 minutes once lm in the chair. I go weekly to Sonia 🏆

I didn’t get my hair done at the salon but when I first walked in there asking for their price ranges, the lady was really rude and the price was absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t even tell her what I wanted for my hair and she immediately told me that just by looking at my hair, she would charge $25 or more for the basic haircut! I have never been to a non-professional, family-owned hair salon that charges that much here in Ventura County.

Excellent! I shared a picture of a hair style that I wanted with Ana and she cut my hair exactly the way that I wanted it!!! Thumbs up :-) I will be visiting again!
