Ana's Hair in The City Dominican Salon

Came in as walk in...They were very efficient and got me under the dryer quickly...I have a sew and she conditioned my hair and did a great job with the styling..im back in the game...Thank you for the amazing service today

I woke up and decided that I wanted a blow out. I called 2 other places but Ana's was the only one to take walk ins. I came in and was serviced very quickly. Hair blown out and styled in 2 hour, 10 minutes. (45 minutes was under the drier). Patricia was my stylist and she was kind and very good at her job. I will be back!

A day before Thanksgiving and only one person to do hair in the shop! I waited 4 hours to get my hair done! I just wanted to say thank you so much! You are so amazing! I’m sorry I don’t remember you name! You made my day and did an amazing job!!

I called and made a same day appointment. The lady I spoke with told me I would be seen with either Patricia or Odalys. I arrived at my appointment time and the place was completely closed (not to mention it was around 2 in the afternoon). I am new to this area and I told this to the salon... but I've visited many salons before and made same day appointments. This is the first time I have made an appointment, arrived in the middle of the day for the appointment to find the business closed. What is the point of taking an appointment and getting the customers phone number to not give a courtesy call if you plan on closing early? This was poor customer service in so many areas. Very disappointing.
