The staff & technicians were very good. The cleanliness of the floors & especially all the linens, robes, sheets were impossible to overlook. They smelled incredibly bad & were old, dingy and honestly it really ruined this experience for me. Usually a spa experience has lovely smells as part of it. This really needs to be addressed. I can't recommend this place which is a shame for all who work there because this is the owner who would be in charge of this. The staff was professional & polite. I mentioned the treble smell to the girl at the front desk on my way out. I have never written a bad review before. Usually I think word will just get around however I feel this issue needs to be addressed by the owner because the people that work there are not responsible for buying new towels and

Everyone is friendly and professional. Highly recommend Alyssa for a massage ~ she does a great job, friendly and makes adjustments based on the feedback given. This was a gift from our boss at Karen Smith Agency Farmers Insurance. Was such a wonderful gift and am so very grateful - massage, facial, manicure and pedicure ~ all was lovely!

I've had Jenny for a few massages and she is amazing! She always makes sure I'm comfortable and listens to my needs/wants. She really knows her stuff. Puts in the work on the problem areas, but still makes sure it is a relaxing experience overall.

Great experience! I had the sugaring hair removal service for the first time and was a little nervous at first but Alexa was professional and patient. Really made me feel comfortable. I love the results. Nice, clean atmosphere as well. You must see for yourself!

I had a pedicure with Hope. She is so refreshing, professional and kind. Gives a great leg massage! :) I do have leg issues and having such a low chair proves a bit difficult. Hope makes it a comfortable as she can. Having your clients on a higher pedestal would greatly improve the experience.
