Amy ALWAYS overbook. I waited 2hrs past my appt time and then was told someone will braid my hair. I did not like the way it looked. I took it out soon after. That was a waste of ALOT of money! I found a girl (Latrice) in Bethlehem i now go to. Her prices are reasonable and she does a good job. She charged me $35, which Amy was going to charge me $65 to braid my daughter hair in a ponytail. absolutely disrespectful. My sister went in and asked for box braids. She came back with braids that were super thick and tight at the top, and thinned out really quickly. She came home in tears. She took them out immediately because they were hurting her head. When we called and explained that she wasn’t happy with what she got, the owner gave us a massive attitude and claimed that to get a refund, she had to take down the braids herself, or else she wouldn’t receive a refund. Had the audacity to charge her $190 dollars.

Her quality of skills has went down or she just really don't care. I'm tired of going to these people and spending 2 to 6 if I bring my twins and it's pointless pointless pointless to get your hair done in PA. I rather drive back fine to Jersey

So mad you dont even understand she told me i was done looking like this to go home and straighten it , i have tracks falling out my head and everything and she didnt fix it .

Made an appointment 4 days ahead to get there on time & this lady is doing someone else's hair with a couple of hours worth of work to complete. This is so unprofessional!!!. I wish I'd had a better experience. But I'll never be back
