Amy's Nail Salon

I went to Amy's for the first time about 3 weeks ago. I called at the last minute about 4pm to see if I could get in that evening for a full set of nail, she told me to be there by 5pm, everything went great, and she did my nails perfect. I definitely will be going back to Amy's. I needed to find a new nail salon , seeing how the one I had been going to in the northland for 21 years, is no longer there, the owners decided to retire. (Which I don't blame them one bit). So Amy, looks like you have yourself another new customer. Thank you again.

I was very disappointed in my nails when I got them done the lines were horrible and they were a lot shorter then I wanted then on top of that they forgot my designs after I kept telling him to add it. I was also in a lot of pain when getting my nails done I told the guy and he sat there and told me it was my fault for my nails hurting the pain only got worse to the point I told him to stop and I wanted to leave I left with my nails looking like crap and $80 dollars less the whole week I was on vacation, and they were still hurting really bad, so I took them off and noticed I have a chemical burn and an infection. I am highly disappointed and wanting my money back. DO NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE GUY HE DID MY NAILS

If I could give this place a zero star I would don’t fall for the good reviews not only my nails look like a kid did them what a joke but they can’t give you a straight answer how much to expect for the pay I paid 58 dollars for this joke… very unsatisfied, would like a refund. Color is not what I asked for neither was the shape and what about the awful job it’s chunky huge and still Half of the nails are not properly fit smh… when I said they’re huge so fat/bulky the guy that was doing my nails said “all done” lol never coming back people you can do your own nails way better and save your money…

Love this place! I just recently moved to Independence and was at a loss for a new nail salon. I contacted Amy's nails and they were able to get me in with an appointment right away. Dan is top-notch I have never had so many compliments and comments that mine was the most professional manicure they had seen. It was almost like he was painting a masterpiece, very precise and detailed. I have found my new home.

Amy is the best nail tech if you care about your nails, how they are taken care of, and how they look. She is attentive to your safety, your preferences, and your comfort.
