I went to the place twice. The first time I was the first person there and one of the last to leave. They do show favoritism to clients who put up more of a fuss but the work was good so I came back for a retouch. They charged me half of the original price for them to not even re braid half of my head. Not only did they charge me $200, they also made my parts bigger and did not redo all of the braids that they cut. This place is hit or miss. It depends on the staff. Honestly if you don’t have Fatima in your head you should go somewhere else. Also if you are sensitive to harsh smells do not come here. They are cooking something in the back that reminds of that episode of that’s so raven where they had that molded cheese in the air vent. Also make sure you use the restroom before you go. Tha

Love my small box briads waist length .. I was done in about 6 hours. Two people did my hair. I only remember Fatima( the manager of the shop) she was fast and gentle. They didn’t hurt but they were stiff (if that make sense) . They loosened up after a day in a half enough to be able to style them. (my edges were left out as much a possible). Definitely recommend.

Booked for the braids, stayed for the fight!!! These ladies be going at it, arguing, yelling at each other. Had to put my live translator on! 🤣🤣 Haha there's even one lady that walks around barefoot, and the weave gets stuck on her toes. 💀💀 Very skeptical about coming again......but my daughters hair got laiiiiddddd!!!! 💁🏽‍♀️

So I initially asked for small waist-length box braids. The lady ( who I will say was nice at least) informed me that those would be too heavy and suggested Knotless instead. I agreed to the Knotless but keep in mind I stated “small”. After 4.5hrs in the chair and no mirror my hair was completed. Looking at the front I noticed they weren’t as small as I would’ve liked but they seemed to be a decent size although I noticed the braids overall appeared thin to me. Especially since I have a head full of thick hair naturally. I got home and grabbed a second hand mirror to see the back only to discover they are parted super big with thin braids attached. I’ve tried calling 2x with no answer. I’m livid. I paid $260 for this mess and it’s definitely not worth more than $150. I get braids often so
