I had such a great experience at Amy Nails and Lounge! I got a red set and it came out SO good — literally obsessed. everyone there was super sweet and took their time. i’m already telling all my friends about this place. definitely my new go-to nail salon!

I am extremely unhappy with my experience. I booked an appointment specifically for SNS nails and confirmed this when I arrived. During the appointment, I was asked if a “gel builder base” was okay. I restated that I wanted SNS and was reassured by multiple staff members that it was essentially the same service and price. That turned out not to be true. I left with a gel builder set that I did not ask for, my nails were not the coffin shape I requested, and I was charged more than I expected. Within the first week, my cuticles were sore and pulling, and the product started peeling and breaking within 1–2 weeks. The quality was so poor that I had to soak them off almost immediately. This was not the service I booked or agreed to, and the experience left me very upset. I do not recommend

I absolutely loved my experience here at Amy's Nails and Spa. The providers were incredibly sweet and showed incredible skill with nail design. I'm definitely coming back for more work.

I have been coming to Amy Nails for a long time. Amy is a sweet hard-working female and mom business owner. She dedicates herself to excellent customer service and provides high quality nails that last and always does them just as I like them. She switched to me from S&S to Build nails. What a great decision! It takes a lot less time to get your done and are beautiful. Amy is quick, professional and I always get compliments on my nails 💅🏻She also has a wide selection of polishes and services. I see below that someone gave her one star, but that reviewer never actually came in?? 💅🏻 (They complained about the parking. A small part of the parking lot is temporarily closed.) If you want a mediocre pedicure this is the place to go. Almost 3hrs and 70$ later (for a French gel deluxe pedicure) (and a fillin for one nail $10)They don’t cut your nails even though it’s included on the menu will pull a “ingrown” and not bother shaping it and for some reason will put the marks all the way down the sides of your toes. For a “French” oh and a $10 up charge for French in different color. Didn’t find out that my toenails weren’t even cut nor my cuticles until I left the shop. Slapping lipstick on a pig is what they do here. Talked to the owner and said there was nothing except having them do them all over. AFTER 3 HRS ONLY OPTION I HAVE IS LET THEM REDO WHAT THEY HAD HRS TO DO no thank you. Left Amy’s and went straight to another shop. Policy is no refunds so heads up a
