I am APPALLED at the way this business thinks it's ok the way it's run!! I had a full set of nails put on last week and paid a whopping $85.00. Ok, I've been paying this but every 3-4weeks for maintenance but my powder dip nails literally were popping off within a week. I called and explained what happened, so they rescheduled me to fix the situation. After I was done, they still charged me $70.00!! It was only a week and they should not ever "pop off". I discussed the fact that they are charging me full price for fixing their problem, which became mine. They (meaning 3 or 4 of them discussing the situation in their own language), which I found to be very rude. I mentioned that this was wrong for charging me full price and asked if they thought it was ok to charge a customer more than $

I am not one to write reviews but I felt I had to. If I could rate this zero out of ten I would. I got my nails done on a Monday (gel) . I noticed that one was not quite right but I let it go it looked like just a little error no big deal. As the week went on I had 2 nails peel completely off and another one start chipping . I have never had nail polish chip after 3 days. I work an office job and the most I do with my hands is dishes at home so I was not putting a lot of wear on my nails. I called to complain and the woman on the phone was talking to someone in the background and asked what I wanted. I said a refund and they would not and said that I come in to have them removed. No refund , no apology nothing just 40 dollars down the drain. The staff I had also made me uncomfortable and I

Today at Amy Nails, the manicurist cut me while doing my cuticles. Despite my "ouch!", there was no apology until my nail started bleeding. The nail is still bleeding 90 minutes after my departure. Also, the salon is not clean. I will not be going back.

This is my first time ever reviewing a place because I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews I try to always give the benefit of the doubt. I got my nails done here in June, a classic gel manicure. The lady who did my nails was extremely rough. I never get my nails done I never have the time so I have pretty strong nail beds. I’ve only recently started getting my nails done back in June. This women was so rough with my nails that the gel would not come off. At first I thought the fact they weren’t coming off was a good thing. Now it’s August and they wouldn’t budge and I work a very hands on job in childcare, so I’m constantly using my hands. I noticed my nail beds were very frail. Two of my nails broke off and are now shorter than the rest. I went to another salon today to finally get

I came in with my first DIY poly gel attempt and Maria was so patient and gentle removing it. Her attention to detail and skill resulted in the best dip manicure I’ve ever had. Lots of places I’ve been to the dip doesn’t turn out very shiny, but this manicure turned out lovely. All the staff seemed to do great with time management as well, I didn’t see anyone unattended to, they would get them started soaking off their old mani right away so they kept up well with a steady flow of clients and no one was left idly waiting. Everything seemed clean and sanitized as well. Highly recommend!
