Today was my first appointment at AMP, and Jaime was my stylist. From the moment I walked in, I had a first-rate experience. Even though the receptionist was busy, she greeted me so warmly and made me feel instantly welcome. The salon itself is absolutely adorable, complete with a snack table (such a fun touch!) and mimosas. I also think I spotted wine too. Always a bonus! Jaime was amazing. I sometimes struggle to explain exactly what I want with my hair, but she immediately put me at ease, offered thoughtful suggestions, asked great questions, and then went to work. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My entire experience at AMP was wonderful, and I already booked my next appointment!

Great to have Melanie back. Bith Memory and I missed her. Melanie does a stellar job taking care of both Memory’s hair and mine as well. As a colorist she has been a true artist foe Memory. She makes my cuts perfect as well.

So back in January right before my birthday I booked a cut and color- and I won’t name the person who did it however they gave me one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received, and the highlights were blah. It seemed as if she was in a rush. I asked for a bob with curtain bangs- even showed pictures- and also discussed the color for highlights. She seemed as if she was in a rush, and had me watch her little TV while she was with another appointment. And then she cut my bangs STRAIGHT! And SHORT! I think I went into freeze state, thinking, she might have a different way of making curtain bangs. But then she chopped my hair- literally chopped pieces off. I was devastated and humiliated. Melanie was beyond amazing! I’m female with a shorter cut (pixie/bob). Melanie listened, asked questions and then straight up educated me on important things like shape of my face, direction in which my hair grows, “weight lines,” etc. No one has ever done this for me before! She truly cares, loves her craft and is excellent at what she does. I was already thrilled and then she proceeded to give me the best cut of my life! Finally found my forever-stylist.

Over the past two years Nurcan has completely transformed my hair and it looks amazing. When I first saw her my hair had been terribly damaged by pool chemicals. My hair was dry, brittle, and breaking. I explained the situation and Nurcan created a treatment plan of both in salon and at home treatments to repair my hair. Now, it looks amazing! The color and cut are exactly what I was looking for and I feel confident that Nurcan has my best interest at heart. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a great stylist.
