First time at Amoy Salon and Sophia cut my hair perfectly! Highly recommend and will come back again for my next haircut!

I had a terrible experience with this salon. I wanted a full head of highlights which is 85 dollars, but they only did my roots. They did not even do the job right. And I repeatedly told Sophia that I did not want a blow dry yet she did it and I said I won't pay for this and yet she charged me an extra 25 dollars. They are just interested in minting money. This is terrible and height of greediness. The overall amount should have been 20 dollars because I did not leave the salon with a FULL head of highlights and she chopped way too much of my hair when I only said 2 inches.

I do not recommend. I got a facial and massage and the service was below mediocre. The provider did not even explain what she was doing while she was doing it and it didn’t even appear I had gotten a facial at the end. The massage was below mediocre as well and I could tell the provider did not know what she was doing. I would come here years ago when Tammy was there and get the best facial. The customer service is poor as well. No one asked how my service was just wanted me to pay. Never again.

I got a haircut with Sophia and she was just incredible. She understands thick, Asian hair and cut it perfectly! She cut it dry which I've always found to be the best way to get my hair the right amount of layers. She was also so sweet as are the other ladies in the salon! Looking forward to coming back for more haircuts and color! EDIT: Carmen does the most amazing massages. She is absolutely amazing!!!

This was my first time experience with the salon, at the recommendation of a friend. Sophia, who did my color and cut, is a very experienced professional colorist and stylist. Also very friendly and efficient. I was very pleased and plan to return.
