First wax went great, and I was very pleased. I booked that day for my next appointment one month later. The day of my next appointment, when I was at the salon, I was informed that my waxer was on a cruise. I got zero communication prior to, that my wax would need to be rescheduled. I sent a message and never received a response. 2 months later she reached out “offering to make it up to me.” No thanks, I’ll go where my time and business is valued.

I came in last minute for a Brow tint and shape... I've never done anything like it before and was blown away by how much more confident I felt instantly! Mariah was hilarious and so much fun! I literally can't wait to try something new next time I come in... I know I'll be in good hands!
