I went there for a haircut for my niece and eyebrow threading for myself, and it was a HORRIBLE experience. I have naturally thick eyebrows and only asked her to clean them, but she made them extremely thin. I kept telling her she was making them too thin, but she wouldn’t listen and insisted that I should wait for the end result, which turned out terrible. She also cut my niece’s hair unevenly. I told her multiple times because some hair were longer than others, but she kept saying it was a “good haircut”, and she had 25 years of experience. Clearly, she hasn’t updated any of her skills in those 25 years. She was very RUDE and unprofessional. If you ask her to fix her mistakes, she becomes even ruder. My eyebrows were ruined, and my niece’s haircut looked like it was done by 6 year old. I

I am writing to express my concern regarding a henna service I received from your establishment, for which I paid $20. At the time of booking, I was assured that the design I requested could be done accurately. However, the final result was significantly different from what was promised. More concerning, the henna used appeared to contain chemical ingredients not typical of traditional henna. As a result, I experienced a burning sensation and an adverse skin reaction, it left my skin BURNT. DO NOT GET YOUR HENNA DONE FROM HERE!!!

Horrible experience. I have naturally very thick eyebrows and I told her to leave them thick, just clean up...she threaded them completely, leaving them a thin skinny uneven line..she may have 20 years experience but seems like she's still stuck in the past ..doesn't know that pencil thin eyebrow style from 20 years ago is long gone..go somewhere else if u still want some eye brows

They dont treat you good, if your not from their kind. They left my eyebrows looking ridiculous after letting them grow for 5 month. All I ask was for a shape up a simple clean around the edges and the lady gave me what she wanted. Made my eyebrows look like a dsmm line on my face. She was so rude about it she didn't even apologize. She open the door for me to leave and i was force to pay for something I didnt agree with.

Ammy's claims to be in business for more than 20 years. I think they are still doing things like 20 years ago. Went to get bridal mehndi done for my new sister in law. Terrible mistake. Looks like a 10 year old did the mehndi. Should have not left my poor sister in law with her. My 13 year old daughter does a better job. The color sucks for the mehndi as well. The sister and the other lady running the place have no empathy and no customer service skills. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. They act like they care when you walk in but after that do whatever they want. They don't take criticism well. Save your money and time. Worst mistake of my life.
