Thank you for doing my hair, I am very happy with my hair , I Love the way customer service takes good care of me, asking me if I'm okay, everybody was so nice and kind 🥰🥰🥰. I will be back again 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I was recommended to this salon. When making my appt, I showed a pic of what I wanted. I was told by the owner ok they can do it. I get to the salon, 45 mins from my home, to be told oh we can’t do this style for you. I call the owner who was not there, she told me she would be heading over to braid my hair how I wanted it. The lady that works at the salon told me, oh the owner is no longer coming. I call her & she says on I’m coming now. She starts my hair but is not doing it correctly, I inform her of this. The owner then says, oh no (another lady) is going to finish it correctly after(once the braids were done). The owner finishes her portion of my hair and leaves. The other two workers then finish my hair without tying my ends as asked from the beginning. The workers were told I wanted
