I visited this salon today for the first time and was very disappointed with the service and management. When I arrived, they only showed me one small cart of nail colors. Later, another technician showed me several other color options that were never offered to me at the beginning. When I asked about changing to the color I originally wanted (which I had shown them a picture of), the manager told me in a rude way, “I will change it, but I’ll charge you more.” That response was unprofessional and dismissive. A good salon should treat customers respectfully and provide all available options from the start—not make them feel blamed or penalized for wanting what they originally asked for.

Listen ladies if you come here for a pedicure ask for VIET! You WILL NOT be disappointed, he gets me right everytime. Great detailed work and customer service is top tier. He handles my nails too! Run don’t walk to him!

What I wanted VS what I got. Chi was my bail tech and she was great . She actually took her time and I was so satisfied with my nails I decided to get a pedicure by her. I now will not go to anyone else. Thank you so much chi

The place is very clean. Everyone is nice! My nail tech David did a excellent job!

I was a walk in after one of my college classes today, they got me right in, the lady that did my pedicure took her time and was so sweet and gave me the best pedicure. Massages, hot stones, warm towels, oils, and wax. My toes feel so pretty I might just start a feet finder account. I gave them a picture of what I wanted liked and well they got pretty darn close what I wanted. I love my nails! 💅 and I definitely recommend them!
