American Nails

Do not come here. Annie is refusing to refund me after a HORRIFIC job. I am non confrontational so I paid her the $60 and left but WHAT IS THIS???

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Absolutely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. This is how my nails looked after them taking 3 hours on them. Not to mention them cutting into multiple fingers when nail filing and me bleeding because of it. This set + toe polish (that came off of 4 toes the night I got them done in my sleep), wasted me $60. Also the workers are rude, have attitude, and complained I “cut my nails too short for her to be able to paint”. Isn’t that your job? I’ve never left a review on any other company, but this experience was far too unacceptable for me to not warn other people. If you wanna be let down and waste your money definitely give this place a try.

Very polite and great service. They listened to my wants and wishes as far as Almond shaped and on the thin side along with the paint design I liked most. The under side was cleaned of old nail. All great work!

Worst service you can get. Annie did a horrible service after requesting a manicure/pedicure! I offered to pay for her time and she flipped on me! I sent her money and she refuse to take it through Zelle even though that’s what she said I can send the payment with! She kept trying to yell and argue with me when I was no where near rude to her. I was confused! Not to mention there was other customers there and I come here all the time! After sitting in the location for hours, I was finally able to leave. I Don’t recommend coming here!!!!!! Save your time and money!!

First in for most, the only reason I went to this shop is because I’ve seen their sign out on the corner that said full set $18 & refill for $12. Originally I was going in to just get one nail fixed but I also wanted to take my old set off to get a new set because my nails were growing underneath. So I didn’t see nothing wrong with getting a whole new set. In the process of Annie Cutting my old set and taking the nail off (as they do with another nail ) she was really rough. She tore my nail and made me bleed a little . She didn’t say I’m sorry or go wash your hands for a min and put pressure on it or nothing. I took it upon myself to do so . Right then and there I should’ve left. I didn’t though smh . I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I guess sometimes things like this happen. (
