I had an extremely upsetting experience at American Nails & Spa that I feel people need to know about. My mom and I went in for a simple nail appointment, expecting the same treatment as every other customer. Instead, we were told we had to pay before receiving any service. What made the situation worse was that white customers who came in after us were allowed to receive their services first and pay afterward. The difference in treatment was obvious and humiliating. There was no clear explanation, no posted policy stating that payment must be made upfront, and no apology for singling us out. We felt judged and disrespected from the moment we sat down. WORST Place EVER!!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 Star. Came for pedicure - kept trying to up sell ... asked if I wanted deluxe pedi - told her no regular is fine. She literally put lotion on her hands and went up and down each leg and got up to grab towels. I asked her if the regular came with any kind of massage since the description says soothing massage. First she said I needed the deluxe for that. Then she said she did massage for 5 minutes. Totally lying!! I literally had to argue with her that she applied lotion to my shin - nothing else. She continued to tell me she did a massage. At that point just annoyed and wanted out.

Kuan & Chung were absolutely amazing. I had my babies with me they were super accommodating and understanding they both worked on me at the same time to ensure I was in and out. I highly recommend them two ! My nails looked great and I didn’t feel overwhelmed by having my babies with me ! Thank you guys so much !!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Worst salon I’ve ever been to. The owner did these left my fingers a mess, messed up the shape, couldn’t do any of the designs I brought in, and left fuzz all in the top coat. The most he offered was taking 5 dollars off. Definitely skip this place.

Hello I got my nails today here and the woman who did my nails today messed up my nails some off the nail polish got on my skin and when she was removing my curls she was hurting me and when she was doing my toes she was pulling on my toe I didn’t like it and she got mad when my mom gave her a tip not a lot. People are struggling they need to understand. She did good on my eye brows I am never going there again I feel like they care about the money not there job so sad 😞
