Horrible. Didn’t get her name, but one of the ladies had a horrible attitude. I wanted to change my color (before she even started painting my nails) and grabbing the nail book so I can switch my color was a problem for her. The polish I chose did not match the color in the book, the nail tech went back and forth with me THREE times before saying “go pick another color” with an attitude. Then, she tries to drill so hard and fast that my cuticles are cut up and burning the next morning. She cut under my nail and laughed as an apology? Not sure what’s funny. No filing done on the nails to make the shape square. No apology for her behavior either. Drive the extra 10 min to Lynn Spa and don’t waste your time here (i only came here cause Lynn was closed). I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over two years, and even after moving farther away, I still make the trip because it’s completely worth it. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating with scheduling. My nail tech, Josie, is truly amazing—she goes above and beyond for her clients, paying close attention to every detail of the design you want and even creating her own hand-drawn designs. She also takes care of my ingrown nails at every visit and always offers to help if one starts bothering me before my appointment. The customer service here is exceptional, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Sofia I believe is her name did an amazing job at my acrylic overlay. Super gentle and fast. Loved her work. She gave me a small hand massage after that I didn’t know I needed. Usually go to the location on Diversey but on this particular day they were closed so I decided to go to the different one and found the service to be way better than what I imagined.

Been to this place a few times. They are very nice, they are very quick, nails look good when done. EVERY time at least one mail is totally chipped the next day. This time both my daughter and I got no chips manicures and pedicures. Both of our hands were totally chipped the very next day. Two days after 3 of my nails were chipped and all my daughter’s nails were bare of polish altogether. They charged me an extra amount for my daughter’s manicure to be a no chip. Yet it totally chipped. My manicure and pedicure cost 85$ total and a week later every nail has peeled right off. So I’m super disappointed and will not try this place another time. Toooo expensive for a manicure that doesn’t even last a day and is labeled as no chip. Suuuper disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience with Josie! The quality of her work was amazing and she was very supportive of doing my nails in the kosher/jewish manner of cutting my nails out of order. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop and Josie! Thanks Josie!
