I brought a pack of hair n got wrong length it’s need to be a 12 or 10 & she said no refund or exchange also I left 6mins ago o would be fine with buyin hair but not able to get the same even short or money back do not spend a dime there

Ms. Dee is the best!!! I’ve been coming here for years and she’s always been nice, polite, helpful and never had a bad attitude!!! I can always count on this store to be open if Kroger is open!! I love yall!!! Thanks for serving our black community PROUDLY!!!!

Store is extremely expensive I spent 40$ on 4 items!!!!!! G2b glue and spray…. edge control and lashes were 40$!!!!! And not to mention no refunds or exchanges!! So I just disputed with my bank cause I tried to return after realizing that this was a money grab and that I could’ve went to beauty citi literally down the street and got the same items for 25$ or less!! But I was told no refunds or exchanges so I will be disputing with my bank and never returning EVERRR!!! ( I’m writing this the next few days after cause I will most definitely be issued a refund and I will also take this review reply that’s says it’s the owner and show the employees that clearly yall do have refund and exchange policies and I was lied to!!! This gave me even more reason not to visit!!!

I only shop here for my hair products. The customer service is my favorite part, and the products are always in stock. Great prices, great variety.
