AMC Nails Pasadena

As always Kathy delivers!! I don’t get my nails done too often and I have the poor habit of biting my nails completely down. Kathy never has given me a hard time about my natural nails, instead she does her best and her best is PERFECTION! I usually get my nails done super long but wanted to do a shorter set today! It has been atleast a year since I’ve had my nails done and I take the hour and 30 minute drive because I only trust Kathy! She’s also very attentive and makes sure her customers leave satisfied!! She literally said “copy and paste”! She’s the only nail tech I have ever had that looks at a photo one time and nails it EVERY SINGLE TIME!! And just to add in, I asked for the thickness! Also huge shout out to those who offer us getting services done a beverage! 100/10 recommend gett

From a distance, the nails looked fine and didn’t break. The color I really wanted was out and I had 2 nail techs assisting me, but they weren’t the friendliest. I do like this color too! I just wished the nails dried evenly instead of being lopsided on the edges. Very busy location! Btw there’s plenty of parking around.

I will never go to another nail salon again!! I always ask for crazy designs and they never fail to impress!! Today I had Steven (shape of nails), and he was very nice and gentle! He had a customer come in so Amber took over on the painting and design, she was very fast and did an amazing job! Got exactly what I asked for! Recommend anyone needing new nails to come here! The place is beautiful and clean!

I've only been here 3 times. And honestly I couldn't be happier! They are incredible at what they do. By far this is the best set I've ever gotten!

Went in to get a refill and shape change. To begin with the guy doing my nails didn’t ask how long I wanted my nails cut down just went for it and ended up cutting my nails too short. I requested to get a shape change from square to almond and I what I got is a bulky, wide, short almond. Person doing my nails was either new or plain out rushing. I messaged the salon on messenger to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund. To which I was told “ I understand your frustration. However, per my policy, I do not offer refunds. I do offer fixes to address any concerns. If you’re unable to return, I won’t be able to proceed further. Thank you for your understanding”. This in fact is infuriating as it goes to show that this place values money over their customer satisfaction. Very unprofess
