Highly upset!!! I’m very upset on not speaking up when I had the chance too because I feel like I got ROBBED with the pricing and style of my nails. This is my second time coming here and definitely my last time. First time I came, I got lucky with one of the nail techs, I forgot her name sadly. But the second time around they definitely overcharged me on the nails I left with!!! First time, I paid $75 for acrylic nails, they were nice and long almond shaped nails with designs of heart and with color. I left happy and satisfied. The second time I came, they did not have the color I wanted so I told the nail tech I would just pay her for the nails without any color or gel. She told me okay sounds good, later she ends up putting a clear gel on me and says it’s to protect the base of the nail

Horrible customer service. I called in advanced to make sure they had time. Said Everglades twice confirming the location. I get there, and the ladies at the front rudely tell me they don't have time for me, and there was no one there! Seems like the phone number is linked to the owner who wasn't even working at the location. Called again to speak to the owner, and she apologized and offered me to go to another location which was another 20min away. I said no, I have already wasted so much time and was fed up with the service. Poor care for potential clients. Save your time and so somewhere else.

This place is a wreck! I’m giving it 2 stars because in the event someone actually helps you, they do a decent job. However, the last two times I’ve been there I have not been helped and I had appointments BOTH times. I understand being short staffed, but two times in a row is crazy. The worst part is the staff being annoyed and short with us, when we had the appointment and tried to do it right. I won’t be going back - I don’t care how convenient it is to have a place in the estates.
