Ambiance Palace Nail Salon and Spa

I've attended this salon for years without problems. Now every single time I go there is a problem. Cut my fingers, make nails to short and a design my 8 year old child could have done. If you don't know how then say so. Giving a pack and each color I picked they didn't have. $70 later and 2hours I'm still not happy with the outcome. I left simply because I have things I need to get done. 10 years and I won't be back.

Did my nails there, the woman that did them what nice and everything, but I hate the nails, it’s not well done, the thumb is horrible and this is them after just 2 weeks, same thing with my sister we did our nails at the same day, and because she hated them she literally took them off with her teeth just after one week, and they were acrylics, and she they still came off so easily. So not professional and I paid 60 for them!!!! And the salon is dirty and every tool she used was dirty and so used. Never going back again.

My nail tech Kristine did an amazing job!! She took her time on each nail and made sure they were perfect. I’m in love with them and constantly getting compliments. The whole shop was really accommodating and helpful. Plus, the prices are great! My nails look great, and I'll definitely be back soon to see her again!

The only thing good about this place was that they took me as soon as I came in. The lady charged me 87 dollars and said my nails were long. They are they shortest ice ever gotten. The tech said these were long and proceeded to overcharge me! They overcharged ($10)for waxing my eye brows and told me I had to add pencil myself to make them even. I will not be back. This place is ridiculous. I didn't want to be that person, so I paid and left. Lesson learned

Sometimes I’m happy and sometimes I’m not. The prices are getting way too steep here though. I went in for a full set and toe nail polish change and was charged $115. Nothing special and it costed that much.. I’m speechless with how often I feel I’m being taken advantage of here.. might have to start looking elsewhere. The pricing dishonestly is unreal. Update, came back one more chance. $75 on gel full set $30 for toe nail polish change and $50 each for my toddlers to get hands and toes painted. NEVER coming back
