Wonderful experience! Went for a massage before a "big event" where I delivered a speech. This totally relaxed me. Made a big difference. Travis has "healing hands"and a kind nature. Great place for total health concerns. Worth the ride to check it out. Its beautifully laid out. On my top 10 beauty spas.

I went to Malorie Pulvers at this salon. I talked to her about getting my hair to a light baby pink. She said she could do it. So I went for it 5 times later 1300 dollars later I’m left with magenta hair, 1/3 of it fried off and blisters and my head hurting or itchy for a month. Do not go to her. I reached out to the manager no response. I talked to her about it and she said trial and error. Never said sorry but said I could get my last appointment money back and that’s it. Even though I never would have gone to her at all for any of the services, also now having my hair take a year or more to grow back plus the weird grow back stages and I had to buy a ton of products to try to take care of my hair. If I wanted my money back I’d have to sign a liability release form to get it.

I've been coming to this salon regularly since moving to the neighborhood, and I've always appreciated the quality of service. As a new mom, I've ALWAYS brought my baby with me to my appointments.Each time, I've made sure to call ahead and ask if it was okay to bring my child, and the front desk staff consistently assured me it was fine. However, today I had a very different experience. A woman--who I believe was a manager--approached me and said that children aren't allowed in the salon. She even suggested I consider daycare for future visits. I explained that I had already checked in advance and was told it was okay, but she insisted that if my baby made noise, I might be asked to leave. I was stunned. Lan is hands down amazing at her craft. She always makes my hands look amazing & the dip last for so long without chipping. It's always only you & two other people getting their nails polished at one time. That's what I like. No kids crying or running around. Just peace & quiet.

Ambiance Day Spa is amazing. I was an absolute mess. My hair was dry and in need of some TLC ! I had been coloring and trimming my hair at home. I was feeling frumpy to say the least. Honesty I was kind of shy about going in to the Salon. They immediately made me feel at home. My stylist is Jordan and she is amazing. I felt at home right away. All of the staff and stylists are amazing and professional. They also do wedding hairstyles and makeup. Be sure and check them out. Tess
