Owner determine prices depends on the business type no the space size and location. I rented one small office on a higher price then offer me a new one and low the rent In the first space I was using before. Owner asked for an internet sharing for free! To connect the security cams in the building told me it’s not necessary pay this service. Bathrooms are very dirty, only one time per week came staff to clean it, no supplies enough to have it clean. Smell bad from styling products, nails and other. I left the building at the third month.
Small 2 floor office building. Everyone here is cuban.
Parking is a bit of a problem
