1. Not BLACK OWNED! This place identifies as a black owned business. 2. The owner is very rude when handling customers. 3. The tools are not listed on the no refund no return no exchange list. The owner followed my sister and I around the store antagonizing just being very mean and rude. This is unacceptable especially when dealing with the public. She would not honor the exchange of the tool and she follows the customers around the store like they are stealing. Terrible…

If it's a beauty product, and if it's not here, it's probably not anywhere, Very clean and organized. Was able to pick up some hair pomade. Lots to choose from.

This beauty supply store literally has everything you need! That is why it's called Amazon Beauty Supply! Their prices are very affordable and the owners and staff are kind! I shopped at their 38th street location called Beauty Town since 2016 but they closed that location down April 2025. They opened this store up, Amazon Beauty Supply in 2019! This store is beautiful and very organized! Since they closed down their other location, I shop here now!

I wouldn't go to this one again. They have a lot of items without prices. So you don't know how much things are they do have a lot of variety, but the bad outweighs the good for sure. A few items that did have the price on them. But the majority doesn't when you get to the register, they overcharge, you i bought some hair accessories. It was a 4 piece, and there was other ones that said the price on them for 3.99 So I figured it was gonna be the same price because it was the same thing. And I will attach a photo below But when I got to the register, they actually charged me almost double when an employee walked by me, I asked for help and, they just quickly mumbled something and walked away from me.They acted like they were annoyed by me asking for help.
