Amazing Salon

Jackie was absolutely amazing! I walked in without an appointment last min before my wedding and she did absolutely wonderful. I felt so much more relaxed and confident after getting out of her chair. Thank you Jackie! I’ll be coming back more often 💜 the pictures are from a week after I got them done and they still look great!

Booked my appointment at 2:00pm and waited about thirty minutes to be sat. In the middle of the man doing my nails he kept leaving to do other things.During the application and shaping part of the service he cut me multiple times. The design was way off (as you can see in photo 1 is what I wanted and photo 2 is what I got). I understand being understaffed but to be put in this kind of situation was very upsetting, my fingers were burning when I got home because of all the cuts.

The first pic is what I wanted, 2nd Pic is what I got!! She didn't have the gold color so she improvised and used a sparkly pink (which I think looks great!) I highly recommend Tammy! She was very gentle and was constantly checking in on me to ensure she wasn't hurting me and that I liked my nails! Usually nail techs burn my fingers with excessive drilling, but thankfully my mani/pedi was full of relaxation and enjoyment! Thank you Tammy! It was very nice to meet you and I will be sure to see you again!!

Went in today and not only were they so sweet they also did AMAZING WORK. Beautiful set on both my hands and toes, so so relaxing and also the most affordable in Wichita. I’ve never written a review for a nail salon but they honestly deserve 10/5 stars. I’ve never felt better. Came here for my birthday and will continue to come, if you haven’t given them a shot yet I can’t encourage you enough to.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but I’ve recently become very disappointed with the way I’ve been treated. The owner is consistently rude and acts as if I’m not paying for a service. Every time I visit, he insists on doing things his way rather than listening to what the customer asks for. On the last two occasions, I came in specifically requesting a soak-off, yet he complained and tried to take the shortcut of ripping the nails off instead. Not only is that method unprofessional and unethical, but it’s also painful. I simply asked for a proper soak-off—a service I am paying for—not a favor. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and to receive the service they request.
