Amazing Reflex Spa

We got a couples message and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The employees work very hard and really take their time. The experience was relaxing, comfortable, and overall relieving a lot of aches and pains. I’ve been to other message places and they by far have delivered the best service, technique, and ethic. I had more movement and felt lighter while leaving. Great experience

I have given them business few times and generally good but lately not so much. I gave detailed list of things to the person in Chinese for two hours massage. They read it and said yes but followed nothing from that list. The strokes were very light and repetitive. They must be tired. Same light strokes in same area - that’s not a good massage. I have had massage in various parts of the world including many places in the US..this was lazy way of massage. She was talking to co-worker at the end which I think may be the owner - I think it had to do with the bad massage she just gave. They lost a regular customer. May be they are focusing on certain clients only. Edit: oh and 25% tip is not enough? I have $30 tip on $120 massage, she gave a nasty look. Changing 2 stars to 1 for that reason.

I went there yesterday for a relaxing deep tissue/Thai massage combo and had a great experience! My masseuse was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire 90 minutes. I left feeling completely refreshed. Honestly, I would’ve gone for a full 2-hour session if I didn’t have somewhere to be. Definitely thinking about making this a monthly treat—10/10 would recommend to all my friends!

Unprofessional. Does not honor phone appointments. Texted us while we were there that someone booked our spot online and needed to cancel ours.

Called and made an appointment for 90 minute massage. I liked that they follow up with text messages to confirm. Arrived at my time and was quickly shown a room. My appointment started on time and ended on time. I received Thai massage which can be a bit heavy at times but that’s what you need to work through tired and sore muscles. My masseuse was excellent and I’ve got nothing but good things to say about my experience. 10/10
