Amazing Nails

This had to have been the worst nail experience I have ever had, me and my friend went to get pedis and acrylics, we were the only ones there, firstly they were obviously in a bad mood me and my friend let it pass and read our books while they were doing our pedis which were rushed, I started after her and was somehow done before her, her nail tech kept coughing on her which is just disgusting, and then after she finished my toes randomly on the ground i go to throw away the cheap dollar flip flops and the lady tells me not to and to put them in a basket im assuming to “ wash them “ so they can be reused which is also just crazy disgusting, then when it came to the acrylics the lady was extremely rough with me she was skipping steps twisting my hands roughly and just overall hurting me, I

I really like this salon. The two ladies that are usually there are super sweet. Im a little confused by these other reviews. I think they have great prices and do good work. I have literally visited about every nail salon or spa in the spokane up to idaho area. I mean their are high end places like the davenport, Rivera, or even farther like cda resort...but this little salon is great for its prices. Compared to other little shops, like them, they are one of the better ones. I prefer them way over 7 wonders. Wonders does similar work but charges double and are not even half as friendly.

I guess it depends on who you get here. I’ve had work that was perfection and I’ve had okay. Today was neither and I feel robbed. The lady in chair 3 most always has an attitude and somehow I get her 75% of the time. She’s rough. She goes through the motions like she doesn’t care. Today my nails are raggedy, there’s polish on the skin. I got a gel manicure but regular pedicure. I know I picked out a dark pink for the nails. She picked out the shade for the toes saying it was the closest match. pictures show what I got. My fingers are almost Barbi pink and the toes are kind of fuchsia. I know she grabbed the wrong finger color. My fingernails were almost buzzed off with the buffer. My nail beds are now very thin. The nail’s themselves are brittle and jagged. This will be my last visit.

Brought my daughter in for her first salon mani pedi and they we're wonderful with her. Super gentle and explained to her what they were doing. Really made her feel special, she can't wait to go back. The women that did my nails did a wonderful job, they're so smooth.

Took my daughter for a mani/pedi. Ladies did a good job, however they tried to balance so many other customers, we were there for 2.5 hours. At checkout, our original quote for $90 now totaled $135. Explanation from manger lady was BS and could be summed up as “we said yes to some things that were add-on’s” I politely paid it with a smile and apologized for the miscommunication. We were overall happy with the quality of the work, and also pretty sad about their sales tactics. They won’t see us again. If they see you- be very clear with them or be prepared for them to add their “tip” before the total.
