Amazing Nails

I hope the staff and management might receive this feedback and change their approach in the future. I always enter small businesses with an open mind, ready to see the positives and offer the benefit of the doubt (see my countless 5-star reviews elsewhere), but this experience felt quite offensive and unpleasant. Last week, we made an appointment ahead of time for two pedicures, and when we arrived, they didn't have anyone to do mine, so they just did my sister's while I waited 40+ minutes sitting next to her. When they finally came to setup for mine, I told them I didn't want it anymore because I didn't want to make my (10 months pregnant) sister wait for mine to finish (presumably another 40 minutes), since hers was almost complete. I believe this is well within my rights as a customer

Used to go their first location, but I wanted to try their newly opened location and it didn’t disappoint, I super loved my nails and how meticulously crystal cleaned,prepped and designed my nails. I would definitely recommend their nails techs.will be back asap!

Very disappointed with the service the other night. We have been a regular customers here and not treated as such. Although scheduling a manicure, my friend was given a different service despite us asking again for the manicure. While receiving her pedicure, the nail tech got up and took multiple phone calls. This led to them running out of time, closing on us, and ultimately not finishing the pedicure. They instead switched to cleaning rather than the service. We asked for a discount due to the lack of service and for the wrong service. Instead of compromising with us we were flat out told we were wrong, told we didn’t understand the service process (despite another friend receiving the same service with better treatment), and were not discounted. Found this experience to be very disappoi
