Amazing Nails

Julie is the best. She has been doing my nails and eyebrows for years. She always takes a good care of customers. Prices are very responsible. The place is clean and welcoming.

I go to this nail place for years. More than 10 years. Recently every time I go - I’ve always walked in and when I do appointments I still end up waiting. So they either tell me wait 15 mins and I end up waiting 45 mins or more. They tell me to call them and give them heads up when I’m coming and they tell me to wait. But today was completely different. They were yelling from across the salon tell us “WE DON’T HAVE TIME FOR YOU COME BACK TOMORROW”. I felt so embarrassed. I ask them what time they close they tell me 7pm and they have appointment at 6:30 and that they don’t have time for me at all. I come to their page to see their hours are till 8pm today! Very very very rude staff! I wish I can give them negative stars!!

DO NOT let “Tiffany” do your sns/ dip nails. She left the edges rough and jagged. I had them done and they started chipping the same day. Then they started getting cracks the next day. I paid $45 and gave her a $10 tip. I went back 3 days later (as soon as I could get back in) and they offered to take them off and give me a manicure for $20. Tiffany was there and looked at my nails and did not apologize or offer to remedy the problem whatsoever. There are a lot of really good reviews for “Amazing Nails”, and I’m wondering if people are posting these great reviews for a different salon with the same name. This review is for the “Amazing Nails” on Heritage drive in Annandale, VA and it is NOT AMAZING!!!!

Tina does an amazing job on my nails. She always takes great care to make sure that I have exactly what I want, and she is highly skilled. I won't let anyone else do my nails!

I went to this place hopeful that I could find my new nail salon. But, instead I am very disappointed. The nail technician cut me on my skin on my thumb underneath the nail bed. Cut me on my skin on my big toe and my pinky finger. Made me bleed in all those places. Then wanted to put gel on my nails even though I told her dip powder. It took two and a half hours to do my mani and regular pedicure. I will not be going back there ever again.
