Amazing Nail Centreville

I made an appointment for refill with Lily. I ended up getting a full set with Nina… I’ve been to this salon for a while when I resided here and most of the time I enjoyed my nails. Today was my last time coming in. I’m in totally shock that an appointment with Lily turned into Nina? I’ve had my experiences with Nina and they were not pleasant at all. I gave it a shot today because it’s the holidays so why not. She continued to force me to get a full set when I did not want to and wanted a refill. I got my first full set done the first week of December for my wedding. 2 nails did come off but regardless still wanted a refill (which no salon has an issue with) and all the other nails were still in good shape for refill. Good people, but Not good work. I did extension, they are not the same size, lots of bumps, they didn’t clean around the nails where it touches the skin. Overall bad experience and pricey for such work. I paid $94 for pedicure and medicare.

I have been here twice … the first time was great, the second time which happened this past week in the middle of my service the woman had been cutting the cuticles on my left ring finger for a while. At one point I jumped because of the pain of her snipping away, and the woman said “are you okay?” … A little while later she started to dab it a little with a cloth to which i noticed it was bleeding … some time had passed and I started bleeding uncontrollably to where another employee had to walk up and point it out to her as she was already working on my other hand and didn’t see it. I was in so much pain sitting there but I had to suffer through the rest of the service. I also got a pedicure and I asked for a clear coat and she didn’t paint them at all, I had to paint it when I got home.

I showed the lady this picture and she said this will cost 65$ i said ok . When she started doing the nails she put on the fake nail on my whole finger so i was thinking maybe its a new process because whenever i got My nails done they used to put the fake nail half way and join with the acrylic, so she continues and im still waiting for her to put the acrylic on i ask her two times and she said” ya ya acrylic”. She shapes the fake nail and starts putting nail polish and i ask her again this isn’t acrylic shes like this is better this will hold longer so I continue and i showed her a specific design she goes ORANGE instead of GOLD. And continues to apply finishing coat again and again. Ugh terrible experience she started out good with the shaping but messed it up completely. I basically pa

I’ve visited a few times and always get gel-x. Their hospitality is always exceptional, and their work speaks for itself. Su, in particular, did an incredible job and ensured my satisfaction throughout the process. I highly recommend giving them a try. You won’t be disappointed!
