Amazing Lash Studio

I had a really great experience at Amazing Lash Studio in Waco! This was my first time getting lash extensions. The staff was super friendly and informative. My lash stylist did an amazing job! My lashes turned out exactly how I wanted them and I’m so happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!!

I made an appointment and was going to join the membership. I requested a 2 week hybrid fill. The receptionist had me fill out paperwork and sent me back to the lash tech. When she finished I immediately said how disappointed I was about how my lashes looked. I went to the receptionist and complained immediately. She began to tell me I owed $145 for a 2 week fill. That's the starting price of a full set, not a fill, and I stated that. I also said the membership price was $119 which I was going to pay and she told me I had to pay non member pricing until my first auto draft. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she would call me. A little while later I received a call from someone saying she was the manager and I explained what occurred. She invited me to return and a different lash

Although my lashes often turned out great, I was very upset to find out that the subscription service has been taking money from the customers. If you are asked to use 2 credits upon checkout to cover the visit, DO NOT DO IT. They keep the remaining balance and it does not roll over. For example, if you have a $20 balance after 1 credit and they say "would you like to use two credits to cover?" If you say yes, the twenty dollars goes to cover the visit but the remaining balance does not roll over. That's theft and it's how they are primarily making their money. They also will not let you cancel when you request to cancel. The receptionist will say "I'm not allowed to handle cancellations. My manager will contact you." They make you talk to the manager over the phone before they will agree

I absolutely LOVE my lashes from Amazing Lash Studio! The whole experience was so relaxing, the staff was super sweet, and my stylist Isabelle made sure I got exactly the look I wanted. I feel so much more confident and put together—no mascara needed! If you’ve been thinking about trying extensions, this is 100% the place to go. Highly recommend!
