Amazing Lash Studio

I went to Amazing Lash Studio today for the first time, and I had such a great experience! Sadie was super kind and helpful she really listened to what I wanted and made sure my lashes came out exactly how I imagined. She was so careful and gentle throughout the whole process and I could tell she truly cared about doing a great job. The studio itself was clean, relaxing, and overall a really nice environment. I’m so happy with how my lashes turned out — definitely coming back! 💕

Been going to Alamo Ranch location since moving here and I’ve been nothing but happy and satisfied every single time! When and if I ever have an issue, they fix it immediately. The ladies up front are so nice. Very quick check in & check out. Once you’ve gone so many times, they greet you by name when you walk in the door, which I love. My go to lash girlie is ALEX. She’s so good!! Quick but she pays attention to details & the style you want and makes sure to deliver your special look every session. My lashes look great every time without fail!! Very disappointed. I’ve been going to this location for years now and I noticed their quality had been decreasing. This last time was horrible. I went in to get a fresh new set of lashes and they look so bad. The lash tech started 15 minutes after my appointment time and went over two hours and was still not done. I let them know I had to get back to my newborn to feed her so I had a tight schedule. They asked me to come back the next day (very inconvenient) and didn’t even work with me with a time that would work best for me. So I changed everything around to be there at the time they wanted me to. The manager there at the time didn’t care that I had to leave asap, she just took her time and wasn’t helpful at all. I’ve been coming to this location for a little over two years and have always had a great experience with every technician I’ve worked with. I especially want to recognize Evie, who was my lash tech before my schedule changed and Theresa, who I see now, both are amazing at what they do. Appointments with them always start on time and the quality of service meets expectations every appointment. I ALWAYS leave feeling beautiful-a confidence booster for me. I ALWAYS leave feeling that my money was well spent-an important factor for me. I follow post appointment instructions and do not have excessive fallout out. Y’all, I went here today and Sadie was my tech! We did a lash lift, brow lamination, and tint. I was going for a natural look, and she absolutely nailed it. I highly recommend booking with Sadie! She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable, especially since your eyes are closed for a large portion of the treatment. I’m so happy with how everything turned out!
