Amazing Lash Studio

This was first experience getting my lash extensions done and I loved it so much! I got lashes done for work and ease of getting ready in the morning. I was nervous for them to get done but I love them. I came in 10 minutes prior to fill out paperwork. The front desk gal was super sweet (didn't get her name but she helped me decide on what curl volume I wanted. (D Curl/Classic) She directed me to the bathroom to wash my eyes. I came from work and had makeup on but, I brought my makeup remover and used their lash wash to help clean them further. Very shortly after Tiffany came to the lobby to bring me to the back. Once we got to the room she explained the process and the differences in lash options. She made me feel comfortable. During the applications of the lashes I started to get cold

I’ve had the best experience getting lash extensions here! Diamond is incredibly efficient, gentle, and really listens to the exact look I’m going for. She’s so skilled at customizing different styles, and she’s always open to trying new looks with me as I’m still pretty new to extensions. The service itself is so relaxing — I could easily fall asleep every time. My lashes turn out beautifully and last so well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented, thoughtful lash artist!

I did not have a great experience at this lash studio. The service was quite expensive, and I was told that the lashes would last a couple of weeks before needing maintenance. I had my appointment on a Thursday and then left for a long weekend out of town. When I gently brushed my lashes, they immediately began falling out. By the time I returned home on Tuesday morning, one eye had almost no lashes left while the other still had some remaining. I called on Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday, but there was no real effort made to resolve the issue in a fair way. I believe good customer service would have included offering to redo the lashes at a discount or providing some form of compensation. Unfortunately, that did not happen. As a result, they have lost me as a customer,

Diamond is great. My lashes look natural which how I like them. She has the nice gentle touch. It’s a very relaxing hour.
