Amazing Lash Studio Memphis East

Unfortunately the rooms are not clean. The massage table I was on was dusty and had Finger prints from a past client. The wall in the room had dirt stains on the wall and the floor had eyelash trimming and trash. I did not feel confident completing getting my eyelashes done but the tech was really nice. She did a great job and I’m very pleased with the look. I would suggest for the owner to ensure all staff keep rooms clean and sanitized because dealing with someone’s eyes is a sensitive process. You should want your customers to feel confident dropping off $100 each time that they can be in a clean environment. Rooms should be clean after each client. I won’t be back because cleanliness means a lot.

Took my sister here to get her lashes done because they had good ratings. Lauren helped her out. She ended up gluing the lashes to my sisters eyelid to where she was in crazy pain and swollen eyes. She had to go back in the next day to get them taken off, which took double the amount of time it should have. The shop gave no refund, and no redo of the lashes. To add insult to injury, they offered to redo them at discount, but still wanted to charge. bad service, bad customer support.

I always enjoy visiting this establishment. The owner is a blast and has the best staff. They are welcoming, and you're greeted with a warm smile every time. The service is exceptional, and you can always count on receiving the best experience. I highly recommend them for excellent customer service and professionalism from start to finish. I absolutely love my lashes every time!
