Amazing Lash Studio

I wanted to get natural classic lashes for my twins and I for the holidays. I was excited there was a studio on cross-bay blvd by where I live in Howard Beach. I was told that for $327 we could have lashes that lasted 2-3 weeks. They were guaranteed and if anything we could come back for a fill in. After 3 days I went back and they accommodated me. However, they did not last a full week even after the refill. When my daughters went in their lashes did not last a week either. When my daughter called to make an appointment we were told to get a refill would be another $109 each. They convinced us to try and get a membership and it would be $10. However, that wouldn’t even be worth it. We would have to go once a week and pay $10. For that I go to CVS get lashes and do them on my self and dau

Disappointment is not even a word to describe this. I am not an eyelash expert but I do know that THIS IS NOT A BRAND NEW FULL SET worth $130 They told me over the phone that the appointment will be 60-90 minutes . She has done THIS is 35 minutes when I said this is not enough if she could add more she replied “ this is a full set so there’s nothing I can do and you can schedule a new appointment to add value which is additional $170 and she can’t do it now because she’s booked and busy , how is that possible if I still had an hour left of my appointment !!!! I got home and 10 of them already fell out !!! You can’t even see that I have any eyelashes on Very very disappointed

I’ve been here maybe 2-3 times so I know how to properly care for them. My visit in the beginning of the year was amazing! Loved the tech and my lashes looked great for a long time. When I called to make an appointment for this month I was told my prev tech no longer worked there but I didn’t think it was a big deal. The new tech was very nice and the lashes looked good. I booked an appointment 2 weeks for a refill. BUT an hour after I left, one or two of them were drooping, this has never happened but I thought no biggie, just gotta brush them out. 2 weeks later 98% of my lashes are gone…I had an appointment for a refill and figured they would just see it but when I got called to confirm and explained all this I got told I should have called within a week….lashes last 4-6 weeks…so cancele

At first I would’ve given this place a 3, but because of the service I was provided after having an irritation in my eye and my lashes were falling out 2 days after I got them done. I called and they offered to fix it and give me a free retouch and I was so uncertain about the idea as I wanted to just get them off at that point. Little did I know the manager did my lashes and she used a primer on my lashes and avoided the tape that may have irritated it and even made them the length I desired in the first place. I’m obsessed and my lashes still look amazing two weeks later. Thank you again for the fantastic quick service and they’re always willing to accommodate to your schedule with appointments

Excellent service and great quality lashes. I have been a customer for the last couple months and go regularly for fill-ins every 2 weeks. They never disappoint. Right now I have them long and dramatic but I plan on going shorter and more of natural look for the winter. Either way my lashes come out perfect each time and exactly how I want them!
