I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I’m honestly so disappointed. I was really excited about getting my lashes done here for the first time — it felt like a treat for myself. But not even two weeks later, they started falling out. I followed all the aftercare instructions to the letter, so it was really frustrating and honestly upsetting to see them coming off so soon but just of the left eye. The right eye lashes still intact like the first day I got them done. I even paid an extra $30 for a master technician. What made it worse when I reached out to expect some understanding or at least a conversation. The person in charge gave me all the excuses. The Manager Abbey Plays Games!! I had to use the services of Marlboro location temporarily as Sea Girt was restructuring. I had to sign up at Marlboro which was fine and then when Sea Girt reopened shortly thereafter I notified Marlboro that I was going back to Sea Girt. I made the notification in person, then multiple telephone calls to the Manager direct to cancel. No cancellations happened, and this is months passing! Then she decided to inform me that a separate termination form needed to be completed and sent back. So I completed the form and sent it back promptly. I followed up with a phone call to make sure they received it. And followed up again several weeks later and again Abbey informed me that it takes 10 business days to process. I’ve been going to Amazing Lash Studio Marlboro for a year now and love the service. Giovanna is amazing my lashes have stayed on past 3 weeks with her services multiple times. Asia is also amazing !

While the stylist add great the owner and manager leaves a lot to be desired. I cancelled my membership in October 2025. I confirmed with the owner in October that my membership was terminated yet my card got charged in October, November, December and January 2026. To add insult to injury the owner has not replied to my emails, text messages, phone calls and has now even blocked my number. That’s bad business. Don’t trust them with your card information. That discount you get for being a member will wind up biting you in the rear.

LOVE ALL THE GIRLS WHO WORK HERE!!!!! Ella, Tara, Asia are super talented, friendly with the most upright RESPECT. The atmosphere is super comfortable and the energy is strong! Highly recommend having your lash extensions or lash lift done here!
