Amazing Lash Studio

Update: I prematurely rated amazing lash studio. I still believe the service was great. However, the lashes placed os what I bring into question. It's falling out too easily and too soon. We're talking since the day after. I followed instructions and waited 24 hours before washing my face and etc. I'm careful when washing my face. I don't use oils or facial creams. I wanted so badly to give a 5 stars, that I did so prematurely. I truly appreciate exceptional customer service that's not forced or mediocre. Carolyn was my lash tech today and she's an exceptional employee. Very patient, kind, competent, and explains everything so that she's on the same page with her clients. Lindsey is incredible! Her technique is flawless and although I want to gatekeep her for myself I won’t! The front desk staff is accommodating and make everything seamless. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Always love coming here, the lash techs are so sweet no matter who I choose and I have a wonderful experience getting eyelash extensions with my membership :) Amazing studio as well

Amazing service! Everyone was so nice and they did an amazing job on giving me exactly what I asked for! Definitely recommend. Place was very clean and everything seemed very professional.

I have been a member since March 2024, following the closure of your Merrick location, where I had been a customer since 2024. Despite my loyalty, I have been very dissatisfied with the services and the communication I have received. Specifically, I experienced issues regarding my credits and billing in April and May of 2025 recently. used my remaining credits from Merrick, and I was under the impression that my May credits would be renewed on the 30th of each month. However, I was charged $125 on 05/15/2025 stating I had no credits left. I always call ahead to confirm my credits and was assured by staff that I had credits available before my appointments. During my most recent visit, I was told I owed money despite being told I had credits. The staff’s explanation was inconsistent, and
