Amazing Lash Studio

I had the best experience at Amazing Lash Studio in Chicago! I got a full set of classic lashes and they turned out perfect. My lash tech was super sweet, gentle, and really listened to what I wanted. The whole vibe was clean, calm, and relaxing—I even almost fell asleep during the appointment. My lashes look so natural but still give that soft glam look I love. No irritation, no clumping, and they’re lasting really well. Definitely coming back for my fills. Highly recommend!

Always such great service at this location! Every time I come in for a fill, I feel welcomed and comfortable. During COVID, they have maintained their cleanliness and ensured that everyone is keeping safe and following the necessary precautions, which was comforting. This time I had Athena as as a stylist, and she did such a wonderful job! She took time and care to inspect my lashes and provide consult on what she can do to achieve the look that I wanted. They will definitely see me around more!

Lashes fell out before 24 hours. Also I showed a picture and the final result looked nothing like the picture. Called and they said what I showed them wasn't what they can offer.... I had like 20 other photos I could have showed them but was never told they couldn't do what I showed them or told to show them another photo. Was just told it would be $60 dollars more which I didn't care about the price. All of my lashes except for 4 lashes have stayed on and its only been 5 days. This has never happened in all the years of getting lashes. They offered to fix them but I only got them done for my graduation which was the next day. I didnt have time in the morning before my graduation to get them redone so I had half of my lashes missing.

My lash tech was awesome I liked how they looked the 1st day. However I don't know if you guys glue or something changed cause on the 2nd day I received fall out which when I was going.before it was not like that! I received a classic set

The place is very clean, and they did a great job on my lashes! I would go back, the only thing I would say knocked it down a star was the stylist was eating very loudly while waiting for my lashes and she didn't go wash her hands before putting on glove/ messing with my eyelashes. I think that could be improved but everything else was good.
