Amazing Lash Studio

Taylor is truly the best in the lash game! I’ve never had my lashes look so flawless, full, and perfectly customized to my eyes. She’s gentle, precise, and makes the whole experience relaxing from start to finish. I always walk out feeling confident and obsessed with my lashes. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her work and her clients, Taylor is the one! Highly recommend!

LOVE my master stylist Hannah. She’s amazing! I feel so beautiful after seeing her. She takes the time to listen and understand what you want. The reception desk has a really nice person and there was someone who could use more customer service practice, but I haven’t seen her and now that there’s a new owner, maybe she isn’t there anymore. Time will tell. Good overall.

So I've used this place off and on for a couple of years. They have had management changes and a fairly high turn over rate. The quality has really suffered. There no longer seems to be consistency in the quality of the lash application or retention. I had Amy who was fantastic and the lashes lasted 3 weeks but when she wasn't available or went on vacation I had appts moved or canceled. Friday (6/18/22) I had to have a full set done and these pics are right when I left the salon and then this morning (6/21/22) a few days later. Half the lashes are gone and we're having photos done this week where I'll now have to use strip lashes. My funds are supposedly being returned (can take up to 10 days) and I've cancelled the membership but ya'll need to know this business isn't what it once was and

This was probably they worst experience of my whole life. Starting off, my appointment that was originally scheduled for 6:30pm was pushed back to 7:00pm due to a scheduling error on their part. Annoying, but it happens. I then proceeded to wait in the front lobby for nearly an hour as my appointment did not even start till nearly 7:30pm. Now I am frustrated, but still am willing to go through with the appointment. They do my eyebrow wax, it looks great, then the lamination, which also looks great! Now they move onto eyelashes. About a quarter of the way through my lift and tint, they announce to me they forgot to apply the tape to my bottom lashes, hence GLUEING MY LASHES TOGETHER. I understand everyone makes mistakes, but this whole experience was just not it. At this point I am freaking

Amy did an amazing job on my lashes! she made sure to answer all my questions and to help pick which look would best suit me! i definitely will be coming back!!
