Amazing hair braiding

Great job on my hair. Both ladies were quick, nice, polite & welcoming. I got small box braids. It took them four hrs. Their customer service was great. I showed them a picture & they completed the assignment! Thank you !

It was my first time visiting amazing hair braiding and I ask for individual braids. The braids are very neat! I’m a very picky person when it comes to my hair and I’m very pleased!! They gained a loyal customer ☺️

DO NOT GO HERE!! first off, when i showed up for my 1 o’clock appointment the lady wasn’t even there and i had to wait an hour and half for her to get there. i told them i wanted box braids and i received singles instead, AND on top of that.. they braided my hair too tightly and my head was sore for two weeks and i now have a bald spot. this is the worst experience i’ve ever had with getting my hair braided (i’ve never had a bad experience before until coming here) and now i’m traumatized. also it stinks in the shop and it’s very unclean.

My review is simply feedback from my experience recently at this salon and to let others know what to expect. 1. Their customer service and lack of communication with clients is one star. Need them to learn how to be polite. 2. Prepare to wait also…. They don’t start or even arrive on time. If your appointment is at 9 a.m. They won’t start until about 9:45 a.m. or later. 3. Ask them specific questions about your hairstyle and pricing before they start because they won’t ask you, especially if you’re bringing your own hair. They need to communicate extra fees for lengths, brands, colors, etc … My time is valuable and I appreciate companies that acknowledge me for my business. Especially if the stylists are late and the client is sitting for over 6 hours in a cold salon watching horror mov

They are super affordable. Susie is the best. I like Sarah too. Been coming here for a while for my knotless and the last time I went Susie hooked me up. She braids really neat and tight enough for your braids to last. Sarah does a good job too. She takes her time and braids near but just not as fast. I want Susie to do my braids from now on. She has good energy too. Thank you Susie for my knotless boho bob!
