Amazing African Hair Braiding

Whoever the person is that owns this building hasn’t been there in months and multiple people are using this address to scam people. I lost forty-five bucks to this with nothing done because no one was there.. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF SOMEONE GIVES YOU THIS ADDRESS

Love my Nubian twist. In town for work and needed my hair done. The braiding stylist was smart and sweet. She didn't snatch my edges and was careful around my soft spots. The shop was clean. Parking is a challenge, be careful!

I asked for small knotless braids middle back length. Had to pay before my hair was finished she charged me 280 for my braids gave her 290 she never gave Me my change back . And braids was more shoulder length also 2 weeks had passed and more then 10 braids has fallen out that she did Box instead of knotless because she said my hair was too short inthe back so why did they fall out? Not that dang short . Also she was complaining about doing my hair because I wanted my braids small . Very unprofessional and the shop is very dirty with babies at the business crying!!! I will never go have to them again they made me feel un wanted and overpriced for braids that didn’t even last 2 weeks .. if your in Decatur area go to Champaign or Springfield if you want good service for braids ! That shop

I had gotten my braids done here about two times in the past year but the last time is my very last time because there was just horrible customer service. Basically, I had to drive down to the Springfield location because the owner’s car could not make it to the Decatur location and she did not even offer a discount... she then tried to overcharge me when I sat down and reminded her of the style that I wanted. She was not clear in her text messages on the pricing and she did not take into consideration the fact that I had drove over 30 miles to get my hair done and then when she was done with my hair.. she had the nerve to whisper into my ear to bring all of my money next time. This is not how loyal paying customers should be treated and I will not be returning in the future. The hairstyle

I booked an appointment informed the lady of what I wanted and was given a price and an appointment only to arrive and be informed that I could not get what I wanted because I have short natural hair however it can seem in my profile picture (Facebook) that my hair is SHORT and NATURAL!!!! It is obvious! So why would you not inform me of this “rule” ?!?! Very unprofessional!!!! You need to inform your clients of these rules...
