I’ve been to Jocelyn a few times now, and every single time she’s done an amazing job. The atmosphere is always fun and welcoming—and she even made me a coffee! I showed her some inspo pics, and she took the time to talk through what would work best for my hair. I really appreciate how thoughtful and attentive she is. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be going back!

Jade was wonderful. I was looking for just a shape up trim and color to hide my grey roots. She listened and provided good advice on color and also what we could do moving forward with my roots. Trimmed up my curly hair without trying to talk me into a shorter cut. Understood that I wanted low maintenance for my lifestyle. With an easy going style, she put me at ease and I ended up with a fabulous trim and color. Will definitely return for Jade’s expertise!

Amara salon ankeny is such a beautiful location, I love the second floor view of the district. Such a comfortable space with massage chairs , and a welcoming environment. I'm a huge fan of the salons involvement with district events , Amara puts on the best party! Had the best time at the tree lighting event , particularly at Amara for two years running now. Al and Em are a couple of the nicest ladies , and they'll get you set up with something you'll love for sure.
